A non-recurrent fee of 125 credits (€ 125) is charged for drafting a survey.
No more than five hundred questions may be asked. If you want to conduct a survey of more than 500 questions you can contact us.
A survey is maximum 60 days live by default. If you want your survey to be live longer than 60 days, you can extend the live hosting period of your survey yourself. € 15 will be charged per newly commenced extra month.
Please consult the table of prices for the costs charged for drafting a survey. E-mail costs are only applicable if you choose to send e-mail invitations via our system. We offer various distribution methods that you can combine at will.
Note: Since you get a new invoice per survey, the volume discount is applied to each survey independently and not cumulatively as with monthly invoicing. Should you have multiple surveys running per month and you wish that the volume discounts are applied across all of them each month, it is best to choose 'Monthly invoicing'.
If you pay via international bank transfer within the EU using our IBAN number 'BE03 7330 0960 8484' and our BIC code (SWIFT) 'KREDBEBB', no additional charges will be incurred above those of a normal domestic transfer.
